Mike has been providing leadership development training and coaching for more than 30 years, including nine years at McKinsey & Company global business consultancy and additional work at Arthur Andersen, Prophet, and other global firms. He has coached and trained senior leaders, managers and junior tenure team members on leadership, communication and strategic thinking, and is adept at designing and facilitating capability-building programs in classroom or virtual formats.

Mike’s individual coaching work incorporates mindful leadership practices and custom approaches based on individual learning and working styles. The founder of Lynn Learning Collaborations, Mike facilitates executive strategy sessions, team development and key meetings, and designs custom programs based on client needs. In 2021, Kevin earned his doctorate in Education Leadership from Harvard University, focusing on the development of high-potential and high-performing leaders. Currently, Dr. Bryant serves as the Executive Director College Board and Partner at Context Matters Strategy Group. He continues his dedication to working with leaders across various sectors, advocating for equitable resources, support, and outcomes for all.
Kenneth “Case” Caldwell
Special Operations Veteran, Leadership and Strategy Expert
Professional Experience
Kenneth “Case” Caldwell spent 12+ years as a Navy SEAL officer. He ended his time on active duty as a Troop Commander, leading a globally disaggregated team of 80 personnel conducting specialized operations in concert with regional US military, US civil service, and foreign leaders of all backgrounds. Kenneth continues to serve in the Reserves as an Executive Officer.

Kenneth’s transition to the civilian sector began in the technology industry, where he held a global product management role focused on digital fraud prevention for several years. He then transitioned to leadership consulting and coaching, applying his diverse experience to help organizations and individuals attain superior performance. Kenneth’s consulting approach is grounded in integrity and resilience. He begins by establishing clarity of circumstances and intent before delving into actionable strategies. This approach, underpinned by a commitment to real-world applicability and client success, empowers clients to unlock their abilities and thrive in the ever-evolving business landscape.
Context
Kenneth grew up in Indiana and currently resides in San Diego with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he practices Jiu-Jitsu and Judo and supports his family farm.
